So which have the activities uses the most energy?
I choose number 6, because, you can see, that the man with bicycle, and as you can see, he is riding bicycle on hills or mountain, if we are riding bicycle in the flat road, sometimes, we will only expend our energy, it means just little energy came out from our body, other than that, if we compare we are riding bicycle on hills or mountain, with the hills is very high and steep , and then in right or left is the ravine, it will be challanges our self, and made us to quickly ride to get the top. It means riding bicycle on hills take out a lot of our energy.
